Ebenezer Odoom, MD
Internal Medicine
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” - Philippians 4:13
Originally from Ghana, West Africa, Dr. Ebenezer Odoom has been practicing in Queens for over 20 years. Dr. Odoom became interested in becoming a doctor at the early age of 11. During his medical training, Dr. Odoom decided to become a primary care doctor because he believed it would give him the most opportunity to directly improve health outcomes and save lives. He says that one of the most rewarding parts of being a doctor is the ability to walk the path with his patients during their most vulnerable times, providing medical guidance, advocacy and hope. Dr Odoom understands the healing power of the doctor-patient relationship and considers it an honor to be able to help people during difficult times.
In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Odoom served as medical preceptor at New York Presbyterian-Queens from 2006-2014.
Dr. Odoom has been married to his wife for 13 years and has two children: Evelin and Emilia. As a family, they enjoy watching movies and being together in good health. In his free time, Dr. Odoom likes to spend time studying the Gospel, keeping current with world news, and relaxing at the beach.
