Ms. Davis is a forward-thinking primary care advocate with a 30-year track record building and leading value-based physician organizations. A champion for seniors and a fervent believer in the healing power of the doctor-patient relationship, Ms. Davis uses her expertise in medical operations and managed care, to improve quality and lower the costs of care through physician-led organizations. As Co-Founder & Chief Executive of the Primary PartnerCare enterprise, Ms. Davis leads all innovation, development and operations.

As Founder, President & CEO of Doctors Care Network, a fully delegated MSO, Ms. Davis successfully operated the largest Metropolitan New York full-risk physician network with over 6,000 physicians. Under her direction, the company improved patient care and achieved profitability in the first 12 months. Prior, Ms. Davis served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Regional Operations, Heritage Medical Systems (California), where she established and oversaw the company’s East Coast operations, trailblazing NY’s first independent full-risk network and delegated MSO. Earlier, Ms. Davis partnered with physicians to form Primary Care Mid-Atlantic IPA in Maryland where she served as Executive Director. In addition to founding and leading these physician organizations, Ms. Davis has provided consulting and advisory services to physician groups, managed care plans and hospitals with KPMG’s National Healthcare Strategy Practice (California), Medical Pathways Management Corp. (California) and Health Priorities, a firm she founded in New York.

Ms. Davis earned an M.B.A. from University of Illinois at Chicago and her B.S. from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.
